Please consider joining us for an EWSD Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) Educational Session & Community Gathering on Thursday, November 14, from 6-8 p.m. The event will take place at the Essex High School cafeteria. There is no cost to attend.This gathering is an opportunity to learn about special education basics and network with other families. The educational session will be presented by Katie Ballard, SEPAC Co-Chair, and Erin Maguire and Dylan McNamara, Co-Directors of Student Support Services. They will explain how the special education process works in EWSD and go over the basics, including parental rights and procedural safeguards.
