Dr. Fiona Hill is a senior fellow in the Center on the U.S. and Europe in the Foreign Policy program at Brookings Institution and was the U.S. National Security Council Senior Director for European and Russian Affairs from 2017-2019. The conversation will be moderated by Canandaigua native, senior fellow and director of research in Foreign Policy at Brookings Institution, Dr. Michael O’Hanlon.
