The land hums as a farmer tramples into her grasslands, silently waiting. Something ghostly and hungered slips through the darkened hallways of a prison and snatches an unsuspecting guard. An ancient being is disturbed from his slumber by the gas drilling rig. Bile rises from the earth, acidic and rotting, swallowing an entire city whole.
Experience a night of terror, rage, and retribution, featuring readings from Blak writers from across the continent. Horror will be appropriated and re-imagined as Indigenous self-determination is projected back onto the settler gaze.
