Yoga is the life passion of Ewa for 17 years. She is teaching for 15 years and has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for 13 years.She is a certified teacher by Basia Lipska, a well known Yoga icon in Europe and Japan (KPJAYI authorized Level 2 | basialipskalarsen.com). She studied and worked with many teachers in different phases of her life journey.
Since 2014 she is studying with Saraswathi Jois in Mysore at Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Yoga Institute.
Yoga is for Ewa not only a path to development but mainly a tool to heal the human being in different levels.

> ASHTANGA YOGA WEEKEND WORKSHOP

Workshop Program "GEMOETRY OF THE BODY - GEOMETRY OF THE MIND"
We will work together on the following topics:
- Work in the First Series and selected asanas of the Second Series (backbends)
- Learning the body lines along which we guide the fascial tapes
- Finding reference points in the body and space
- Symmetry in asanas
- Body axis in different categories of asanas (lateral stretches, bends, backbends, twists, standing and sitting with the straight ahead direction; sitting, standing and hand balances)
- Points on the body that should be pressed during practice in a specific asana
- Two points of view: from practicioner’s and from teacher’s (adjustments)
- How bandhas suport and how to use them in this kind of work
