We are so excited that Ewa is visiting us again in September and we have the chance to continue studying with her!Ewa's first contact with Ashtanga was in 2007 and since then she has been constantly developing and practicing in this tradition. She has been a teacher for almost 20 years.
or over a decade she has been coming to Mysore in India regularly to develop her practice and skills under the guidance of Saraswathi Jois (Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute). She has participated in many workshops and courses by famous and less known teachers. Ewa explores the anatomical, energetic and, above all, spiritual aspects of Ashtanga.
For her, Ashtanga is a return to the Home that we carry deep in our hearts.
She teaches according to the old tradition – step by step.
