eVTOL Insights' Montreal Conference and Awards 2024

eVTOL Insights is super excited to be coming to Canada for its next industry conference!

After receiving overwhelming feedback from delegates attending our New York conference in October 2022, it was a unanimous decision to bring our global audience to Montreal - the third biggest aerospace hub in the world.

Our event kicks off on Wednesday, May 1st, when we plan to host a tour at an company based in the city. Timings and a confirmed venue for the tour will be announced in due course. We will then host our usual pre-event networking drinks later that evening.

Our conference then takes place the next day, Thursday, May 2nd from 9am - 5pm at the fabulous setting of Le Mount Stephen in downtown Montreal. The agenda will feature live Q&As, fireside chats, interviews and audience participation about a host of industry topics.

Then, for the first time, eVTOL Insights will be hosting its very first Awards Evening. This will take place in a private room with a bar at Le Mount Stephen. We aim to start from 6pm, where there will be canapes before we host the awards ceremony and finish at 7.30pm.

On Friday, May 3rd, we will be organising a morning tour at a company based in Montreal before finishing our event early afternoon.

There will also be multiple sponsorship opportunities for companies at our Montreal event - both for the conference and our awards ceremony in the evening. This can include sponsoring delegate lanyards, being the networking drinks sponsor, to having a dedicated space to exhibit your prototype so you have maximum exposure at our event.
