EVP| AZ Max| Superstition Springs Endodontics Pickleball Tournament 2026

Join us for an exciting day on the courts at our upcoming Pickleball Tournament, hosted by East Valley Periodontics, AZ-Max, and Superstition Springs Endodontics!

This pay-to-play event is designed to bring the dental community together for a day of fun, friendly competition, and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned player or brand-new to the sport, this event is the perfect way to enjoy some friendly rivalry and plenty of laughs.

We’re offering four brackets so players of all skill levels can join in the fun:

• Rec Bracket: For those who just want to play casually and enjoy the day (non-competitive)
• Beginner Bracket
• Intermediate Bracket
• Advanced Bracket

Please note: One player in each pair must be a dentist or doctor.

The day kicks off with lunch from 12:30-1 pm, giving everyone a chance to fuel up before the competition begins promptly at 1 pm. Whether you’re competing for prizes or just playing for fun, this event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy good company, great food, and lots of laughs.

They’ll be on-site throughout the day please stop by their tables to learn more about their services and maybe even pick up some goodies. We will have awards and raffles at the end!

🥇 Gold, 🥈 Silver, and 🥉 Bronze prizes will be awarded in each bracket!
Each participant will also receive a custom swag!
