ABOUT PAUL JACOBS

Paul Jacobs serves as Chief Executive Officer of Globalstar. Prior to joining Globalstar in 2023, Jacobs founded XCOM Labs in 2018 and served as Chairman and CEO. He additionally held the position of CEO of Qualcomm Incorporated from 2005 to 2014, served as director from 2005 to 2018 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2009 to 2018. During his time at Qualcomm, Jacobs spearheaded efforts to develop and commercialize fundamental mobile technology, breakthroughs that fueled the wireless internet and smartphone revolutions.

Jacobs holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science, a master’s degree in electrical engineering and a doctorate in electrical engineering and computer science. He is a prolific inventor with over 80 U.S. patents granted or pending in the field of wireless technology and devices. Jacobs is currently a member of the board of directors at Globalstar, Dropbox, Inc., and Arm Holdings.

ABOUT CRAIG MILLER

Craig Miller is President of Viasat Government, leading the company’s global defense business with a focus on multi-domain networking, data integration, and AI-enabled defense operations. With over 30 years at Viasat, he has held senior roles including President of Strategic Initiatives, Engineering, Chief Product Officer, and President of Government Systems, where he oversaw satellite connectivity, tactical networks, cybersecurity, and the $2B divestiture of the Link-16 business to L3Harris. Earlier, he launched Viasat’s Resilient Space Missions and Hybrid Adaptive Network architecture. Before Viasat, he worked at Hughes Missile Systems Group on radar countermeasures. He also serves on the EvoNexus Board of Directors and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
