This class is donation-based, ranging $5-$20, with a suggested donation of $15.

Description:

This advanced class is completely comprised of floor-based, contemporary modern exercise and combination, centered in finding body-friendly and somatically dynamic ways of moving on, into, and out of the floor with a variety of qualities. Class is founded in Bartenieff-style groundwork, applies elements of the Alexander Technique, and evolves from these to more complex sequences. It will include a warm-up and phrases. Class is accompanied by drummer/musician, Amy Shelley!
