Classes offered:
Vinyasa flow emphasizes sequential movement between postures and guided by deliberate breath. This is a more upbeat class benefiting in strength training,flexibility, and concentration.
Restorative yoga is a more relaxing and slow flow class holding postures for 3-5 minutes long and not getting off the ground. This is a grounding class that is good for releasing muscle and mind tension, stilling a busy mind, and can improve mobility and flexibility.
