Join us for our 1st ever partnership 5K RUN with Road Runner sports. Pur mission is to promote a Health & Fitness lifestyle! Take a chance and be part of the movement. We will have a 7minute lesson on the topic : "Consistently Good vs Occassionaly Great" (related to training), a group warm up, followed by a 5k run, and then back to the store for some light refreshments, snacks and connection.
