Evolve blends guided dance, meditation, and reflection to help you explore strength, presence, and resilience—leaving you grounded and empowered. Our theme this month explores shadow and light, inspired by Carl Jung’s understanding of the shadow as everything we refuse to acknowledge about ourselves—undesirable qualities, insecurities, and repressed emotions—as well as the “golden shadow,” which holds our highest potential, talents, and creativity. Psychological wholeness emerges when we begin to integrate both the dark and the light.
Through movement, breath, and embodied meditation, we’ll expand into the fullness of who we are—awakening the light within our whole selves.

Move freely and come home to the wisdom of your body.
Breathe, release, pause, repeat.
Connect to who you are now, and who you’re becoming.
Transform your relationship with yourself.
Evolve is designed for people who want more than exercise—they want movement that reconnects body, mind, and intention. Through guided dance, meditation, and reflective practices, you’ll explore strength, resilience, and presence while uncovering insights about yourself and your life. Each session blends creativity, somatic awareness, and thoughtful inquiry, offering a safe, welcoming space to move, reflect, release, and reconnect.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and inspired—carrying the experience beyond the studio into daily life.
Evolution isn’t about being the strongest, fastest, or smartest. It’s about how we adapt to change.
Change is constant. If we don’t bend, we break. If we don’t flow, we stagnate.
This practice helps us build the capacity to move with life instead of resisting it.
While every session is unique, we will always:
• Ground and center
• Connect with ourselves and others
• Reflect on a theme through individual and group activities
• Release what no longer serves
• Regulate our nervous system(s)
• Tap into our inherent ability to heal
• Breathe and move authentically
• Enjoy light refreshments
This is a space for authenticity, vulnerability, and discovery—a beautiful, brave container to be in your body, in community, and in conversation with what is stirring beneath the surface.
✨ Movement as medicine. Reflection as ritual. Community as catalyst.
✨ Come as you are. Leave more connected to who you’re becoming.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
