Back in February, Evolve DnB introduced a groundbreaking new event for electronic music lovers in Nevada City. We knew it was going to tap in to a geyser of sonic inspiration, but could not have fully predicted what an extraordinary effect it would have on the audience as a whole. Evolve is the realization of these truths for people to be reminded of and for many to discover for the first time. From its origins in the underground spaces of London and pirate radio, to the global phenomenon it has become, the essence of drum n’ bass is about futuristic street-soul. Each installment of this event will be a tribute to the past, present and future of this music; seamlessly blending styles from jungle, techy rollers, liquid funk, atmospheric and everything in between - activating the dancefloor to maximum effect. From the freshest releases to timeless anthems, together we'll delve into the heart of the ever-evolving drum n' bass continuum.

This lineup – featuring Khariszma, Bass Honey, Bartek Industries and Dust & Beau – conjures a laboratory of community and tribe. Prepare for a true Junglist experience for your listening and dancing pleasure. You should know that Khariszma is the new resident DJ at Stow which hosts SF’s premier drum ‘n bass night. The collective creativity and intention of these DJs is going to lift this joint into orbit!
