The Evolve Academy Workshop Facilitator Training is a grounded, strategic, soul-aligned immersion designed to help you lead powerful workshops and build a business that actually supports your life.
This is a full weekend immersion (Friday night + all day Saturday and Sunday, January 30 – February 1) led by Olivia Pool, Creator of the Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning. Olivia brings over 15 years of coaching experience, a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology, and a rare blend of trauma-informed facilitation, somatic awareness, conscious business strategy, and real-world marketing expertise. She has created, run, and sold businesses, has spent over two decade teaching, coaching, and leading groups—and just as long watching brilliant people struggle not because they lack wisdom, but because no one ever taught them how to package, communicate, and confidently deliver their work.
This training is designed to give you skills you will use for a lifetime.

FRIDAY NIGHT (FREE OPENING EVENT) 6:30 - 8:30pm
Behind the Scenes of Powerful Facilitation
Real talk from experienced facilitators on what works, what fails, and how to hold a strong, safe container—without pretending it’s always graceful.
Saturday and Sunday will both begin at 9:30am and end at 5pm and there will be a 1 hour lunch break. Healthy snacks and tea will be provided throughout the day.

Discover your natural teaching style, core values, and unique gifts so you can lead with confidence instead of comparison.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON - 5:00pm end time

Learn how to structure experiences that move people from where they are to where they want to be—with intention, clarity, and impact.
SUNDAY MORNING - 9:30am start time
Aligned Marketing That Actually Converts
A grounded, ethical approach to promoting your work before, during, and after your workshop—without feeling salesy or fake.

Refine your workshop, practice presenting, receive supportive feedback, and leave with a clear plan to teach, market, and get paid.
What to Expect:
- A sacred, safe container with a trauma-informed facilitator
- A varied mixture of lectures, somatic movements, meditations, partner work, group sharing, experiential exercises, and more
- Complimentary, healthy, gluten free snacks and tea and coffee available throughout the day. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks if you'd like.
- A one-hour lunch break where you can do your own thing or join friends and grab food at a nearby restaurant. WholeFoods is a few minutes away and has a great food bar.
- A community of likeminded, intelligent seekers who are also working on enhancing their skills.
- This is an intensive experience so come ready to learn! That being said, we will take lots of breaks, and you are always in charge of taking care of yourself how you see fit.

Olivia Pool, M.A. is a Spiritual Psychology Coach with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and conscious businesses evolve from the inside out. Holding a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, she integrates modalities such as subconscious reprogramming, Gestalt Therapy, Shadow Work, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Somatic Release, and trauma-informed approaches. With a sharp strategic mind and a deeply intuitive presence, Olivia bridges the mystical with the practical. Getting to Evolve Academy
The Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning is located inside The Schoolhouse at
720 Magnolia Road, Suite 21, Charleston, SC 29407.
Please park on the Magnolia Road side of The Schoolhouse building and enter through the double doors labeled “Events.” Once inside, turn left and you’ll find Evolve Academy in Suite 21.
As a center for adult personal and professional development, many of our classes take place in the evenings and on weekends. If you happen to arrive late and find the exterior doors locked, simply knock gently on the window to the left of the doors—this is the Evolve classroom window. (Arriving a few minutes early is the smoothest way in.)
Evolve is a serene, cozy space designed with nervous-system comfort in mind. You’ll find calm lighting, soft rugs and cushions, warm herbal tea, and neutral tones—intentionally curated to help you feel safe, grounded, and cared for.
