About this Event
After the success of our social mixer here, we’re back at The Lab — this time for one of our much-loved Slow Date events.
Hidden in the heart of Cambridge, The Lab is a seriously cool bar with 1920s speakeasy vibes, moody lighting and playful chemistry-inspired details that make it feel intimate, stylish and a little bit magical.
It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease — perfect for actually getting to know people.
How slow dating works:You’ll be placed into small groups and spend around 10 minutes in each group, guided by light conversation prompts to keep things flowing naturally. It’s relaxed, social and surprisingly fun — no awkward one-to-one interviews, no pressure.
Once the slow dating rounds finish, the bar opens up for free mingling, so you can chat more with anyone you connected with.Low pressure.

Our events is open to adults aged 18 or over and who are currently single. By purchasing a ticket you confirm you meet this requirement.

Everywhere We Meet acts as host for a period of two hours from the official start of each event. During this time, we’ll be on-site to facilitate the event and help everyone feel welcome. After the two-hour period, guests remain at the venue at their own discretion.
