Everything you should know, before you sign a contract
with Luca Ponti & Paul Hess
Each of us has probably done it at least once: signed a contract. But do you know what you're getting into? We will give you an overview of what to look out for and what you should know before signing.
The event will be held in English. Questions can also be asked in German.

Luca Ponti
Dancer and stage manager at the Theater Krefeld Mönchengladbach. There he is also a committed member of the company and supervisory board. At GDBA Luca is group council chairman of the professional group dance.
Paul Hess
is a trained dancer and choreographer. He now also works as an actor and director at the Trier Theater. There he is deputy chairman of the staff council. He is active at the local, state and national level in the Cooperative of German Stage Employees and gives workshops on career entry and administration for performing artists.
