Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura and Cindy Sakai of TH!NK, will be facilitating a hands-on workshop where they will share the DiSC knowledge they have gained from teaching DISC to organizations for more than 20 years.

During this in-person event Sarah and Cindy will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to confidently lead training and coaching sessions that inspire growth and development in individuals and teams. As an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner, you’ll build the credibility and expertise needed to deliver impactful DiSC experiences that help people work better together. During this two-day in-person experience, you will:

• Learn from two experts who have delivered DISC workshops to thousands of people over the past 20 years.
• Learn activities and strategies beyond the facilitator kit.
• Deepen your understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.
• Learn to build custom solutions using the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ experience.
• Familiarize yourself with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
• Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.

• Gain access to Wiley’s online training center,connecting you to course content and your peers.
• Develop an action plan for your first DISC workshop or coaching session.
• Have access to real life practitioners who can help you learn how to apply DISC to a variety of workplace problems.

You much attend May 30 and 31 from 9a - 4p HST and successfully complete and exam to earn your certification.

All participant's must own and have access to an Everything DiSC Facilitation Kit.
