Experience the transformative power of dance with our Liberating Healing Dance sessions! Designed for individuals of all fitness levels, even those who have never danced before, these sessions provide an opportunity to relax tensions and revel in the joy of movement.
Unlock Your Inner Limits: Free yourself from internal constraints and release the energy trapped within bodily tensions. Rediscover your natural grace and enjoy the fluidity of movement as you let the dance lead you. In our space, there are no right or wrong movements. As the music plays, we explore the qualities inherent to each rhythm. We allow the characteristics of these rhythms to manifest in our sensations and experiences, following our intuition, inspired by the wisdom of the body.
Turn off your mind, and find yourself beyond the boundaries of self… The insights gained during these sessions can be applied beyond the dance floor.
Led by: Andrew Fleshel (USA/Ukraine) - a psychotherapist, coach, supervisor, and expert in body-oriented psychotherapy and breathing psychotechniques. Having had the pleasure of dancing the 5 rhythms with Gabriella herself, Andrew recounts, "The third wave overwhelmed me and sent me on a journey deep into my BEING, beneath the level of everyday identity...
