Everyday SoulCollage® Introductory Workshop

"To create one;s life in any art takes courage." - Georgia O'Keefe Creativity allows us to give voice to all our unspoken thoughts, feelings and dreams. SoulCollage®, developed by Seena B. Frost, gives us distinctive tool to deeply know ourselves as we are and as we would like to be. Using images and journaling prompts, workshop participants will learn about the SoulCollage® techniques and processes and how they can enhance each of our lives, individually and as communities.
