If you are looking for practical tools to stay safe, feel confident, and refuse to be a victim this seminar is for you. Cedric Jordan, Self-Defense Instructor at Executive Self-Defense and Fitness, will teach a dynamic seminar where you will:

1. Practice simple, effective techniques to defend against the most common threats and attacks such as chokes, hair and wrist grabs.
2. Build confidence and a strong mindset for handling verbal or physical confrontation
3. Train with real-world scenarios associated with every day life

Who will mostly benefit from this seminar: TeenAge Ladies in Junior and High school . No prior experience needed — just a winning and fierce attitude. You will also have a chance upon concluding the seminar to have 1 additional hour of training at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Minimum Required For Class: 6 Ladies. If the seminar doesn't receive 6 lady registrants, the instructor will offer you the next available seminar.
