Join Community Living Well and Westminster Talking Therapies at The Exchange Hub for a series of wellbeing workshops.
Stress and anxiety can easily build up in everyday life. This workshop focuses on simple, effective strategies you can use in the moment — at home, at work, or when life feels overwhelming.
We’ll explore how anxiety affects the mind and body, and introduce practical techniques to help calm your nervous system, manage racing thoughts, and regain a sense of control. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately to feel steadier, more balanced and better equipped to cope with daily challenges.
After the workshop, stay for a community lunch to continue the conversation and connect with others on the same journey toward better health.
