Varuni's journey began in a yoga ashram and farm in the foothills of Western PA. From her earliest days, she was guided by the timeless wisdom of the Vedic teachings, which shaped her worldview and ignited a lifelong passion for Ayurveda. In the nearly three decades since then, she has devoted herself to studying and practicing its healing methodologies, guided by a desire to help others attain holistic health and emotional equilibrium.
Under the mentorship of Dr. Bharat Vaidya -- a distinguished 7th generation Ayurvedic Doctor with a degree in modern medicine as well -- Varuni embarked on her formal journey of education and apprenticeship in 2020. Through this intensive four-year training program, she acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of Ayurvedic medicine and its integration into contemporary healthcare practices.
For the past four years, Varuni has been accepting clients under the direct supervision of her teachers and is now undertaking her residency under Dr. Vaidya's guidance. Recognizing the implicit connection between physical well-being and emotional harmony, she approaches her practice with compassion, insight, and amicability. Through personalized consultations, therapeutic treatments, and educational outreach, Varuni’s mission is to empower her clients on their individual paths towards wellness.
