Everybody Moves - October - Group Dance Class

We invite you to join our new high-energy dance class designed especially for young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This is our invitation for October's 4-week cycle of classes!

Our goal is to create a vibrant, joyful space where every participant can shine, moving at their own pace and celebrating their unique strengths.

About the Class:

This isn't your average dance class! We focus on the joy of movement, positive self-expression, and building confidence. Our dynamic sessions are filled with upbeat music, simple and repeatable dance combinations, and lots of encouragement. We believe that dance is a universal language, and our instruction is tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring everyone feels successful and celebrated.
