SF Salsa Social is more than a dance event — it’s a place to dance, meet new people, and become part of a vibrant community that comes together on the first Sunday of every month at the historic Verdi Club.

Whether you’re taking your very first salsa lesson or you’ve been dancing for years, you’ll find friendly faces, incredible music, and a dance floor where everyone belongs.

Your Evening

🕖 7:00 PM – Beginner-Friendly Salsa Lesson

Start your evening with a fun, welcoming salsa lesson taught by experienced instructors. No partner and no previous dance experience are required.

Come as you are. We’ll help you feel comfortable from your very first step.

💃 8:00 PM – 11:30 PM – Social Dancing

Dance the night away to 100% Salsa & Mambo in one of San Francisco’s most beautiful historic ballrooms.

Enjoy great DJs, meet dancers from throughout the Bay Area and beyond, and experience what makes salsa social dancing so special.
