We bring back the first series of Taylor's Version Yoga Flow from winter 2024 - Evermore Yoga Flow. All the sounds and feelings make us want to go back to December 2023 all the time. Find a slice of chilled haven before the frenzy of December's festivities start.
Join us for a 55-minute gentle hatha yoga session set to Taylor Swift's unique sounds. Whether you're a regular yogi or just getting started, you'll be you'll be guided through a series of poses that are accessible to all levels and experiences of yoga. As you flow through each movement, synchronised to your breath, the melodious music will create a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. You will leave feeling refreshed and connected. Did we mention a special friendship bracelet for the occasion?
