Each month the Coaching Staff at Everlasting Fitness puts on a clinic focusing on a certain movement, skill or topic. These make up our Everlasting Movement Series. They are always FREE to current members of Everlasting Fitness. $25 for Non-Members.

A hard movement for most, a goal for many!
Come out and get some knowledge bombs from some great coaches while we tackle form, strength building accessories and a plan to get you your first or many strict pull-ups!
