DATES: May 5th - August 25th, 7:30-9 PM on Sundays. THEME: Solo Jazz routine focused on "eccentric dancing" in the styles of Earl "Snake Hips" Tucker, Josephine Baker, and other iconic jazz dancers known for their unique and exaggerated movement styles.
SONG: "East St. Louis Toodle-Oo" by Duke Ellington.
AUDITIONS: In person at Salsa Con Todo in Fremont during Evergreen's regularly scheduled meeting time on Sunday, May 5th from 7:30-9PM.
PERFORMANCES: We will be performing this routine locally at SCT, at Camp Hollywood in LA, and STL Get Down in St. Louis. Priority will be given to dancers that can attend one or both out-of-state events, but we do have a few spots for dancers that cannot travel.
