Day 1: Arrival KathmanduWe will pick you up at Tribhuvan Airport in Kathmandu and take you to your accommodation. We will discuss with you the current situation for the trekking and the schedule for the next few days and of course we will be happy to answer all your questions.

Day 2: Drive to Beshisahar and onward journey to Jagat
216 km approx. 7-8 hours drive
Day 3: Hike to Dharapani
Ascent 1020, descent 450m approx. 14.5 km
Day 4: Hike to Chame
Ascent 1200m, descent 390m approx. 6-7 hrs.
Day 5: Hike to Gharu (2700m)
Ascent 1150m, descent 250m approx. 6-7 hrs.
Day 6: Hike to Manang
Ascent 400m, descent 300m approx. 6 hrs.
Day 7: Acclimatization in Manang
Ascent 850m, descent 290m approx. 7 hrs.
Day 8: Hike to Yak Kharka
Ascent 600m, descent 60m approx. 6 hrs.
Day 9: Hike to Thorong Phedi

Day 10: Hike via Thorong La to Muktinath
