Everest Cup Football Tournament 2024Organizer: NRNA NCC Norway
Background
Everest Cup running Shield 7-A side football tournament 2024 is the 12th edition of a yearly tournament organized by NRNA-NCC Norway in coordination with other Nepalese organizations in Norway. The main objective of this event is to create and promote better relationships and stronger connections between Nepalese communities and other communities living in Norway.
About the tournament
• Date and Place: 23rd June 2024 / Veitvet Skole ground, Veitvetveien 21, 0596 Oslo
• Registration Deadline: 15 June 2024
• Registration can be done by transferring the registration fee to NRNA’s bank account or VIPPS within the mentioned date and time.
• Entry Fee: 3000 NOK
• Bank Details: Account number- 1503 3223 827 (Non-Resident Nepali Organization)
• Vipps: 126634
• The tournament will be running shield-based. Any team winning the tournament for three consecutive times will keep the cup.
• Cash prizes/ trophies will be awarded for the following headings:
Winner team of the tournament
Runner-up team of the tournament
Best player of the tournament
Best goalkeeper of the tournament
Fair play team of the tournament
Highest goal scorer of the tournament
• Any team of Nepali-origin players (either father or mother or both) with Norwegian fødselnummer can join the tournament.
• In case of a deficit in players, a maximum of 2 players of non-Nepali origin with Norwegian fødselnummer can be used. These players should not be affiliated with the professional Norwegian division/club.
• Every team must arrange accommodation for themselves. Food will be served to all at the end of the event.
• The game will be a 7-player tournament with a total number of 11 players (+1 team manager). Other rules are normal as FIFA but there will be no offside.
