Guillaume's sound healing experience is back on Sunday 13th October with 2 classes, and there are still tickets available! Join us for a relaxing, restorative sound healing + Yin session to help calm and comfort you.
If you are feeling tired and craving more energy, then this event is for you.
For 90 minutes, Guillaume will guide you each step of the way through a series of simple floor based relaxing and restorative yin yoga positions, while your mind and body will become soothed by receiving the beautiful, meditative deep vibrations and sounds of the Didgeridoo and Singing Crystal Bowl.
A calming, comforting and healing class.
No yoga experience is required for this class.
