This truly unique offering combines the history and education about singing bowls and practical hands-on experience playing them. Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties including stress relief. This hour-long experience includes a lecture on the history of singing bowls, and a brief discussion on how sound healing works. Ample time will be given for questions! We spend our remaining time together with a lesson on playing singing bowls and finish with a short singing bowl meditation while we all play together. Himalayan singing bowls with two types of mallets will be provided. Registration required.
