This evening's presentation for educators focuses on the exhibition What, Me Worry? The Art and Humor of MAD Magazine. Organized by the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, What, Me Worry? traces the illustrated history of MAD from its popular humor comic book roots in 1952, to its status today as a mainstream force in American satire. Featuring more than 150 original works of art, the exhibition highlights many fan favorites, including the beloved rascal of a mascot, Alfred E. Neuman. Participants will enjoy dinner, a presentation, and a docent-guided tour of the exhibition. For each program attended, educators earn CEUs and one graduate credit, which is available for an additional fee.
