Hustle and bustle of your week get to you? Need an hour of 'me' time? This pop up yoga practice at Zurie studios is for you! Join us for an hour long practice of mindful movements and moments of musing. All levels welcome! Along with your mat, please feel free to bring any props that are apart of your practice ( A cozy sweatshirt, socks or blanket may be a perfect addition to this practice).
This practice will comprise of light movement to get the energy flowing then slow down to a more Yin/restorative vibe to close out our time together. Leaving you refreshed and ready for bed.

A bit about the instructor:
My name is Emily Grimm. I have personally been practicing yoga for 6 years and am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher training (ytt) graduate for 3. My home studio is within Rise Yoga Ohio, located in Grove City. I am a believer that yoga is truly for every-body. All you need is your breath and the rest will unfold as it should.
