End your day with a gentle and restorative yoga session on Boyd Plaza. Mats and props provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Appropriate for all skill levels. Taught by Elizabeth Houck-Zozaya, a Columbia-raised multidisciplinary artist and community collaborator who both practices and teaches curious, compassionate, and accessible yoga (RYT 250, Asheville Community Yoga).
Ages 13 and up. No unaccompanied minors. Free. Registration required as space is limited. In the event of heavy rain, the session will be canceled.
