In collaboration with Outdoor Yoga Berkeley, come enjoy a 60 minute cleansing vinyasa flow that will melt the day away.

Starting slow, we build up energy through various mobility exercises and holds that bring us through the majority of class, and then end with a complete release of all your stresses.

This class is donation based with a suggested donation of $15.
