We work through mindful movements to stretch the whole body, combined with breathwork to release tension and calm the mind. The class is designed to connect mind, body and breath, a perfect way to end the day.

Atorro, if coming from the direction of Bournemouth hospital, is a small left hand turning before you get to the Tesco Express petrol station. There is plenty of parking.
The main door to get in to the space is where the sign for the cafe is (the door with the big bolt)
