DAVD ARQUETTE
David Arquette has been a household name in Hollywood for over 30 years. The youngest of the Arquette acting dynasty (stretching all the way back to his great-grandparents), David recently reprised his role as Dewey Riley in the relaunch of SCREAM. David is also known for modern classics like BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, AIRHEADS, JOHNS, NEVER BEEN KISSED, READY TO RUMBLE and 3000 MILES TO GRACELAND.
In 2021, David realized his childhood dream and acquired the rights to Bozo The Clown. Since then, he has been collaborating with clowns, artists and charities to create a clown-collective focused on promoting kindness, inclusiveness and pure fun throughout the world.
JOEY D'AURIA
As WGN-TV Chicago’s “BOZO THE CLOWN” from 1984 to 2001, and receiving five Emmy Awards as on-camera talent. When Chicago's Bozo Show ended its 40 year run in 2001 D'Auria was the last actor to portray Bozo the Clown on the longest running Bozo Show in television history and had been seen world wide on WGN's Super Satellite for his entire run.
As a voice over actor, Joey has supplied voices for several popular cartoons characters: Butch the Alley Cat and Droopy Dog in TOM & JERRY; Whisper the Yo Kai butler in YO KAI WATCH; the practical joke loving ghost Buzz in Nickelodeon's LOUD HOUSE; Mr. Rude, Mr. Fussy and Mr. Scatterbrain in THE MR. MEN SHOW; and several video games including RATCHET AND CLANK and BIO SHOCK.

With over 35 years of operational experience at Larry Harmon Pictures Corp., the company responsible for the expansion and global success of Bozo the Clown, and current worldwide rights owner of Laurel & Hardy, Marci Breth-Carabet is an expert in all aspects of licensing and merchandising, specializing in iconic brands. Her expertise lies in successfully negotiating and structuring licensing deals, advertising campaigns, and media releases on both a domestic and international scale.
Marci is a leading authority in the industry having negotiated deals large and small, from T-shirts to animation to globally released feature films. Her skills encompass all facets of licensing, including business development, contract negotiation/drafting, product development, trademark and copyright protection, as well as global rights management. Marci regularly assists brand owners to help optimize negotiations to achieve the best possible outcom
BILLY CORGAN
Billy Corgan is a renowned musician, best known as the frontman of the iconic alternative rock band The Smashing Pumpkins. Beyond his musical career, Corgan co-owns Madame Zuzu's, a plant-based café and music venue, with his wife, Chloé Mendel. He has a deep personal connection to the legacy of Bozo the Clown, a beloved character from Chicago’s rich television history. As a child, Billy attended the Bozo show in Chicago and later performed on the final show in 2001 alongside Bozo himself, Joey D'Auria. Through Madame Zuzu's, Corgan continues to celebrate the things he loves with his community alongside generations of fans of all ages.
