Check vaccines off your to-do list — without taking time off work! Lorain County Public Health is hosting evening vaccine clinics to make it easy for kids and adults to stay protected.We recommend scheduling a vaccine appointment to make sure you get a spot. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s time available.
Bring with you:
-Vaccine record: Request a record of past vaccines (no cost) at bit.ly/vaccinerecordrequest
-Photo ID
-Health insurance card (if insured)
-Children under 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian. If another adult (18 or older) brings them, we need a note from the parent or guardian.
Payment:
-No child is turned away for inability to pay.
-We bill most private insurances, Medicaid and Medicare. Call your insurance company for details.
-Cash, check, and VISA or MasterCard are also accepted.
