An evening sound bath concert hosted at Spontaneous Celebrations at Jamaica Plain. Designed to relieve stress and better health. All ages welcomed.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat/blanket and/or pillow. Invite a friend or even enjoy free form momevent during the event if you wish to do so.
