All ages. Costumes encouraged. Cider + chili reception after. No jumpscares. This evening prayer service (in our cemetery!) is about how God is with you in the spooky and scary parts of life; this service is from our Book of Occasional Services and uses stories like the Witch of Endor and the Valley of Dry Bones to reflect on Christ's triumph over sin, death, and the devil and to lead into our All Souls/All Saints services honoring the beloved souls and saints of our lives (Allhallowtide!). It's the day before Halloween because we want you to have so much fun trick-or-treating!
