This group is open to all adults, whether you have a diagnosis, are questioning one, or simply want to connect with others who may share similar experiences. It's an opportunity to have a cuppa, chat, and spend time in a relaxed, friendly, and understanding space.

As someone who is AuDHD myself (Elaine), I know first-hand that attending a new group can feel challenging, so I want to reassure you that:
💚 There's no pressure to stay for the whole session if you find it overwhelming.
💚 You can take breaks whenever you need to.
💚 You're welcome to arrive a little early if that helps you feel more comfortable.
💚 Don't worry if you're running late.
💚 Get in touch beforehand and I'll happily provide as much information as possible so you can plan ahead.
