PJ has been a yoga and fitness instructor for more than 8 years. A Hawaiian native, PJ received his 200 hour RYT yoga certificate on the islands through Core Power Yoga. PJ focuses his practice on gentle, restorative, power, and yoga with weights for higher intensity levels. PJ enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion and spreading the “aloha” with The Bay’s park guests!
