Get into the flow and enjoy an hour of mindful yoga at The Bay led by Dan Bue!
Dan Bue was introduced to yoga practice while on active duty in the U.S. Navy and became an instructor in 2009. After attending an OWR Veterans Healing Retreat, Dan found a new direction in teaching and sharing his knowledge of holistic lifestyles with fellow veterans and the local community. Dan hosts three Combat Conscious Yoga sessions for OWR each week in Sarasota and Venice.
