Evening Meditative Sound Bath

We will be doing an evening meditative Sound Bath at the Unity of Kona on May 22nd from 6:30-7:30pm.

We will be using seven crystal singing bowls, a chime drum, four Koshi chimes, two handmade drums, a wave drum, a rain stick, and a Tibetan singing bowl. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow and or blanket to enjoy the Sound Bath from a lying position (some items are available for use) or sit upright in a chair provided. There is no fee for the event but donations are always appreciated.

This will be a candlelit event for greater relaxation. All are welcome to attend so feel free to bring a friend!
