Join us for a soothing guided meditation experience, designed to help you relax, unwind, and deepen your mindfulness practice. Using silent disco headphones, you’ll be fully immersed in a tranquil atmosphere, free from distractions—just settle in, put on your headphones, and let the meditation guide you. Let's build this healthy routine together to experience a real uplift in your life.This weekly meditation session is divided into two parts:
🧘 45min minute guided meditation to center and calm your mind and explore different meditation techniques
💬 Reflection & Q&As – a chance to share your experience, ask questions, and explore new tools for your practice at home
This event is held outdoors on the sand, but we have Rockwater Village Rooftop Terrace as a back up plan.
Bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, or something comfy to sit on + blanket
Dress in warm, cozy clothing for ultimate relaxation
Let the teacher know if you have any health considerations
