Come join us for an evening of Candlelight Yoga with Mercedes. Event Details:
Date & Time: Wednesday, September 18 at 7pm
Location: 320 Montgomery St Syracuse NY 13202: private theatre space (specific instructions will be emailed to you before the event)
Ticket price includes a complimentary juice from Soul Society, a local trendy juice bar & cafe in downtown Syracuse.
Parking: Plenty of free street parking available and many available parking lots nearby
Attire: Comfortable Clothes you can move in. Please also bring a yoga mat!
About Mercedes: A Syracuse-native who has been teaching yoga for 13 years now. Her goal is to promote confidence and wellness for everyone - making yoga enjoyable and accessible.
Beautiful & Unique Venue: A former masonic temple and later used by the Metropolitan School of Arts in the 90s, this space has been privately rented since 2020 and is a beautiful and unique space, perfect for snapping unique photos.
