Join us for a special taste of native food, drinks, live music, diplomats, film, and more!

A) Malawian Food:
Enjoy a special buffet made directly by a native chef from Malawi.
B) Malawian and other African Beverages (Open Bar):
Sample the best and most unique wines, beers and other cocktails commonly found in Malawi

C) Diplomatic Greeting from the Ambassador:
Hear from the Ambassador, H.E. Edward Yakobe Sawerengera and feel free to network with him and the diplomatic staff, all of whom will be invited to this special evening.
D) Malawian Art:
Throughout the embassy, the diplomats have arranged for the presentation of special native artifacts and paintings unseen to most Americans’ eyes.
E) Maliwian Cultural Film:
At your leisure, you are invited to watch recurring films showcasing Malawi’s cities, mountains, borders, landscape, people, tribes, safari tours, everyday culture, and much much more.

Your registration fee is used by Things to do DC solely to present diverse cultural events to our membership. No part of the admission fee is related in any way to the Embassy of Malawi or staff at the Embassy of Malawi. We appreciate your support of our events!
