We have been blessed with awesome guest speakers over the years who can inject some of their perspective into our lives and encourage us to get up, get outside, and get to know people from outside our church community. The Bible, in Mark 16:15, tells us to “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation," and it is so exciting to get to know people who God uses to strengthen the abilities and resolve of others to accomplish that calling.
Greg Downes has been blessed with the opportunity to have conversations about God and faith with people all over the world, introducing them to the love of Jesus through everyday interactions, and he loves to share stories of the great things he has gotten to see God do. We had the chance to get to know Greg a little bit when Pastor William first arrived, and are excited to welcome him back to CHS to continue to talk about what God has been doing and to share how we can get involved in sharing Jesus with the people around us.
