Please pick ONE evaluation to attend: Saturday 2/7/202610:00 am to 2:00 pm OR Saturday 2/14/2026 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Both evaluations will take place at Liberty Field (6511 Houston Road, Macon, GA 31216). Your participant (s) only needs to attend ONE evaluation. If you did not pay online, payment will be expected at the evaluation. We can take cash, check, venmo and/or cash app. We will not be able to accept debt/credit at evaluations.
