Eva Rose King album release show with Courtney Hartman

Please join us for an intimate evening celebrating the release of Eva Rose King's new album, After Tale. Eva and her band will play through the album and discuss the songs. Courtney Hartman, the album's producer, will open the show.

Eva Rose King is a Colorado folk artist using rich vocals and acoustic tones to dig deep into memory and vulnerability. Eva's new album, After Tale (releasing February 7, 2025) carefully examines the feeling of loneliness, with the songs representing words said too late. This album evokes the styles of Gillian Welch, Leonard Cohen, and Norah Jones. Eva released On the Other Side, her debut album, in 2021 and Complex Feelings, a folk-jazz-pop EP, in 2023. Eva has warmed the stage for Willie Watson, Old Crow Medicine Show, and Sunny War, and was a finalist in the 2024 Telluride Bluegrass Festival's Troubadour Competition.

Courtney Hartman is a Colorado-born guitarist, singer, writer and producer. Courtney is preparing to release her third album, With You, which is a collection of songs co-written with mothers in the music industry about tenderness and caregiving. She has released two other solo albums, Ready Reckoner (2019) and Glade (2021), along with duo albums with Robert Ellis and Taylor Ashton. Courtney is best known for her work beneath the surface, writing and recording with artists throughout the folk community.
